Maintenance and upgrade contract
Summit offers an annual maintenance agreement that is mandatory in the first year and optional thereafter. We strongly recommend all users subscribe to this continuing service as it provides for free telephone support by E-mail, phone and fax as well as regular upgrades at no additional cost.

Training & consultancy
Whilst our software is easy to use, some users may benefit from training to achieve maximum results. The training may cover all aspects of system installation and advice on the most suitable implementation as well as any other user specific requirements. Training is available at our offices or your own (Melbourne and Sydney at listed prices - other locations on quotation).

Data conversions
Summit provides an optional service to convert data directly into Assetpro. This service caters for conversion from most older DOS or Windows based Fixed Asset systems or spreadsheets and will save re-keying of all your data. For further information please contact us.
